Terms and Shipping: BY PURCHASING AN ANIMAL YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
PAYMENT - We accept credit cards or money orders in certain cases: We may accept other forms of payment but there is no guarantee. Please contact us via email if you have an issue with paying via credit card or money order. If paying money order the animal will be on hold for a period of 10 business days after we are notified you have mailed the money order. If we do not receive the money order within that time period the animal will be put back up for sale.
SHIPPING - Shipping arrangements are scheduled once full payment is received. For less tolerant animals or high priced orders we ship UPS Next Day for a morning delivery. We ship through shipyourreptile.com which uses UPS. Shipping can be between $30 and $60.00 depending on location and weather. All specifics pertaining to arrival will be discussed prior to shipment. Immediately after shipment, the customer will be contacted with a tracking number. Due to occasional unforeseen delays, it is important to verify the arrival time of your shipment once it is in route. We will not ship during extreme weather. The purchaser will be notified if there is a delay due to weather either in our area or yours.
GUARANTEES - Live arrival is guaranteed when temperatures are between 45F-90F at the destination location. All animals will be healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed unless otherwise agreed upon. If accurate sexing is not possible all customers will be notified prior to payment. The guarantee is VOID if the customer does not sign for the package at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for courier delays and any resulting penalties resulting from delay will need to be filed with the courier themselves.
RESERVING ANIMALS – We do not reserve animals at this time. If you are interested in a specific morph that we may be hatching, please sign up in the guestbook to get on our mailing list. You will be notified via email when that morph is available. At that point it is first come first served.
